Leave Management - Employees provide leave dates and details then managers can approve, deny or delegate the request on-line. Both, employees and managers can see the status of all current, future, and historical leaves.

Recruiting - Applicant qualifications are automatically compared against pre-defined weighting criteria you define so recruiters can instantly see the most qualified candidates. Your entire recruiting process can be managed tracking details, documents and communications along the way.
