Brandon Regional Health Authority 'Live' with Quadrant HR Payroll

Quadrant HRQHR Software Inc. is pleased to announce Brandon Regional Health Authority, located in Brandon, Manitoba is now 'live' with Quadrant HR's Payroll module for their workforce of over 2,000.

Implementation of Quadrant HR Staff Scheduling is also underway. One location is already 'live' with this module and the remaining sites scheduled for implementation over the coming months.

New Staff Scheduling Features Coming Soon with Version 2.7.3

Quadrant HR QHR Software Inc. is pleased to highlight some new Staff Scheduling features which will be released with Quadrant HR Version 2.7.3 at the end of November 2007.

Enhancements will include:

  • Ability to easily move an employee from one shift to another in Emplacement.
  • Right-click functionality added to shifts to quickly access Emplacement, Delete, Refresh, and Change Shift State.
  • Ability to assign a default sort order to the employee list in Emplacement.
  • Easier deletion of multiple shifts on a schedule, with only one warning message presented for all selected shifts.
  • Template security added to prevent access to templates or to prevent actions when viewing a template.
  • Dates added to the WYSIWYG Calendar view report created from the schedule.
  • Process lists made available in reports based on the Employee Multipipeline.
  • Ability to calculate retro on Premiums.
  • Checklist notifications sent to email address as well as notification center, if required.

Alberta Health Region Chooses Quadrant HR Staff Scheduling and Self Service

QHR Software QHR Software Inc. is pleased to announce a Alberta health region has selected Quadrant HR's Staff Scheduling and QHRnet Self Service modules enabling them to streamline their scheduling and employee administration processes.

Implementation of the QHRnet Self Service module will enable their employees to go on-line and update personal information such as address, phone numbers and email plus they can view pay statements, vacation banks, sick day balances, work schedules and submit leave requests. In addition, Quadrant HR Staff Scheduling will eliminate the redundancies and frustrations associated with a third-party scheduling system. The addition of this Staff Scheduling module will complement the Quadrant HR Payroll module currently in use today.

Some reasons why clients are moving to Quadrant HR's Staff Scheduling module from a third-party system include:
