David comes to QHR with a background in management including the role of General Manager of a telecommunications company in the Caribbean. An accomplished sales and marketing professional, David spent nearly 20 years with TELUS in various roles working in BC and Ontario. David's experience includes a strong bias for addressing the needs of clients who require information systems solutions and extends to both the private and public sectors across Canada.

One year ago, QHR Software Inc. began offering additional reporting services for Quadrant HR clients who wanted complex reports to be developed on their behalf.

A year later, this custom report service has been well received by clients who are looking for a quick turnaround at an affordable price.

Diana Hiltz from Mahone Nursing Home (division of Macleod Group of Homes in Nova Scotia) offered the following feedback about a custom report export QHR created on their behalf:

"It looks great to me. Your instructions are wonderful and precise... we also discovered that it will be helpful creating ROE's, simply by changing the date range to 14 days instead of 7."

Why Offer Custom Report Service?

Depending on the needs of each organization, QHR found that some clients could benefit from these services for some of the following reasons:

• Some custom reports are extremely complex and may require advanced Quadrant HR reports training. If users do not regularly put this training into practice through frequent report creation, they can lose the knowledge ("use it or lose it"). Therefore, it can be faster and more cost effective to hire the services of QHR's reporting experts to create custom reports for a reasonable fee.
  
• While client organizations may have the in-house knowledge to generate standard, frequently used reports, they may lack a power 'reporting guru' on staff.
• Clients may require unique custom report exports for third-party tools.
