Brockville Brockville General Hospital, located in Brockille, Ontario, is an acute care facility with over 600 employees serving a population of 55,000.

St. Amant 'Live' with Quadrant HR Staff Scheduling

St. Amant QHR Software Inc. is pleased to announce St. Amant is now 'live' with Quadrant HR Staff Scheduling. In this first phase of the implementation, 780 employees will be scheduled over the next two pay periods. In phase two, another 400 employees will go 'live' by June.

St. Amant is a non-profit corporation, located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, offering a wide range of programming, services and care to support both people with developmental disabilities and their families. Services include a large main residence, 54 community sites and homes, a research centre, a school and a daycare. Among other services, St. Amant offers an effective program for children with autism and another for families who care for a developmentally-disabled individual at home.

This project is somewhat unique as this implementation goes beyond traditional scheduling for Nursing departments. St. Amant also schedules teachers, community-home employees and tutors that work with clients in their homes which require different system configurations. Quadrant HR was able to accommodate the change in setup with ease.

Implementation of the Staff Scheduling module is right on track.

St. Joseph's Auxiliary Hospital 'Live' with Quadrant HR Staff Scheduling

St. Joseph's Auxiliary HospitalQHR Software Inc. is pleased to announce St. Joseph's Auxiliary Hospital, located in Edmonton, Alberta is now 'live' with Quadrant HR's Staff Scheduling module. This will enable St. Joseph's to streamline the scheduling process for their 400 employees.

St. Joseph's has been 'live' with the Quadrant HR Payroll module since December 2001. The addition of Quadrant HR Staff Scheduling will eliminate the redundancies and frustrations associated with a third-party scheduling tool. More important, the addition of Staff Scheduling will complement the Quadrant HR Payroll module they use today.

St. Joseph's estimates they will realize the following benefits by replacing their previous Staff Scheduling system with Quadrant HR's:

  • reduce the support and maintenance of two servers to one with full integration between Quadrant HR Staff Scheduling and Payroll.

  • elimate timecard imports/exports

  • create schedules on the fly, using master rotations or any combination of both - eliminating time and effort for workarounds.

These two fully integrated modules will help streamline Payroll and Staff Scheduling to better manage the growing complexity of their workforce.

QHR and Momentum Celebrate 40+ Joint Clients

QHR Software Inc. has reached a milestone of 40+ joint clients with Momentum Healthware.

QHR and Momentum have been working together for many years serving Canadian healthcare organizations with our software solutions. QHR's solution called Quadrant HR, integrates Human Resources, Staff Scheduling and Payroll into a single system. Momentum's solutions include Business Support (including Financials, General Ledger, etc.), Decision Support, Clinical and Dietary Management systems.

Our clients rely on us to deliver seamless system integration to effectively manage and measure people, processes and productivity.

Currently, clients run a GL export where Quadrant HR Payroll labour costs are imported into Momentum financials for MIS submission. This interface facilitates customizable, comparative analysis of payroll and financial data across systems.
