New Partnership with Community Care Information Management (CCIM)

Wednesday, March 4th, 2009

QHR Software is pleased to announce a partnership with CCIM to provide HR and payroll software solutions to organizations across the Community Support Services (CSS) and Community Mental Health & Addictions (CMH&A) sectors in Ontario.

QHR was awarded the contract after an RFP process and evaluation to provide human resources and payroll software solutions for the two sectors. The selected ‘best of breed’ software solutions will interface with integrated Community Care sector business systems to streamline processes and increase organizational effectiveness. Innovative, sector-specific training and support approaches will be delivered by dedicated teams after consultation with sector organizations.

QHR’s software has been specifically designed to cater to the needs of the Canadian healthcare environment, which includes specific provincial reporting and standards requirements. Organizations that use this software will have the ability to improve back office efficiencies plus provide access to timely information and reports that will assist CSS and CMH&A organizations in their planning and decision-making.

“We are proud to have been selected as the partner to provide our software solutions to both the CSS and CMH&A organizations in Ontario. We are happy to continue our growth in Ontario and further our commitment to providing software solutions that will better patient care in Canada. We believe that this partnership is a big step forward in both those areas,” says Al Hildebrandt, President and CEO of QHR Software.

According to the CCIM HRIS project team, “we are delighted to work with QHR in providing an HR and payroll business system and software solution across Ontario. We feel confident that together we will provide a solution that will be well received by both the CMH&A and CSS sector organizations.”

Currently, the HRIS team is working with the first group of participating CMH&A and CSS organizations that will be implementing the HR and payroll software modules. Training has now begun on both the HR and payroll software modules and will continue as other CSS and CMH&A organizations enter the implementation process.
