Quadrant HR Version 2.7.2 Release July 27th

QHR Software Inc. is pleased to announce the upcoming release of Quadrant HR Version 2.7.2 on Friday, July 27th.

This release offers many new improvements and enhancements including the newest QHRnet self service module, QHRnet Recruiting.

QHRnet Recruiting provides Applicant Tracking (ATS) technology available via the Internet in an easy to use format.

Just a few highlights include:

• Managers and users connect to a secure, Internet website to post jobs, track candidates and the entire recruiting process including storing notes, interview status and reference checks.
• Automatic weighting and analysis of applicant qualifications against job requirements.
• Applicants can view and apply for job postings via a company website.

Salem Manor ‘Live’ with Quadrant HR Payroll

QHR Software Inc. is pleased to announce Salem Manor Nursing Home, located in Leduc, Alberta is now ‘live’ with Quadrant HR Payroll for their 140 employees.

This is the first phase of the implementation project. Implementation of Quadrant HR Staff Scheduling will commence September with a targetted ‘live’ date this winter.

Salem Manor is a 102-bed faith based Continuing Care facility located in Leduc, Alberta, Canada. As part of the Capital Health Region in Alberta, they provide quality nursing care, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, pastoral care, and an extensive recreation program.

Appointment of New Manager, Implementation & Consulting Services

QHR Software is pleased to announce the appointment of Kara Putnam to the role of Manager, Implementation & Consulting Services.

Prior to this appointment, Kara was a QHR Implementation Consultant where she was responsible for the implementation, project management and training of users on Quadrant HR software at client sites.

In this management position, she oversees the roles and responsibilities of the QHR Implementation Team, coordinates QHR resources required to implement and deploy Quadrant HR and communicates with our client’s senior executive sponsor to ensure the project is on-track and successful.

Kara’s qualifications include over 10 years of experience in customer service and software implementations in the Health care marketplace.

Appointment of New National Sales Manager

QHR Software is pleased to announce the appointment of Alan Manning to the role of National Sales Manager.

Mr. Manning comes to QHR after spending six years with an Okanagan software company specializing in mini-ERP software for small business, eventually acting as General Manager. Prior to that company, Alan spent four and a half years as Director of Sales and Marketing for Tantalus Communications, a leading Oracle E-commerce integrator based in Vancouver, BC. Previous to that Mr. Manning was the president of Imediat Digital Communications (now Communicate.com) a multi media design firm.
