Appointment of New Manager, Software Support

QHR SoftwareQHR Software is pleased to announce the appointment of Ken Royea to the role of Manager, Software Support.

Prior to this appointment, Ken was a Business Analyst in QHR's Product Management department. Previous to that, he was a Support Analyst in QHR's Software Support department. His responsibilities included product research and requirement documentation, as well as delivering quality customer service to clients.

In this management position, he oversees the roles and responsibilities of the QHR Support Team ensuring an excellent standard of customer service. Ken's qualifications include over six years experience supporting payroll and library automation software.
