QHR Software is pleased to announce the agreement to contract the professional services of Lynne Gustafson, from the Assiniboine Regional Health Authority, to lead a Provincial HRIS Standardization initiative starting August 29, 2007.

The objective of this project is to facilitate consistent practices and reporting metrics and measurements across the provincial health organizations using Quadrant HR.

Lynne is a long term user of Quadrant HR, giving her the breadth of knowledge and understanding of the system, practices and policies that will be an invaluable asset to this project. Her office will be located at the Brandon Regional Health Authority.

Some of the key objectives for this project include:

• Working with Manitoba Health staff and the Regional Health Authorities (RHAs) on the annual request for nursing vacancy data.
• Develop a QHR/RHA report standard to fulfill Manitoba Health requests.
• Develop a process to consistently identify the contacts for all employees in RHAs for Emergency Planning purposes.
• Work with QHR RHA user group to address the capacity of disability management reporting.
• Participate on the provincial steering committee on the future direction of QHR in the RHAs.
