QHR Software Inc. is pleased to announce our newest customer, Hotel Dieu Hospital (Hotel Dieu), located in Kingston, Ontario. Hotel Dieu has selected QHR's software solution called Quadrant HR™ to streamline Human Resources, Payroll, and Staff Scheduling to better manage the growing complexity of their workforce of 900.

Quadrant HR will replace Hotel Dieu's existing in-house Payroll and HR systems and manual paper-based Staff Scheduling processes. With this integrated HRMS, Hotel Dieu expects to positively impact operational expenses, while improving the speed of workflows and reducing paper costs. Quadrant HR is also expected to decrease payroll and staff scheduling errors while providing the capability to better manage absenteeism.

Hotel Dieu chose Quadrant HR to help them achieve the following goals:

• Streamline and expand payroll functionality.
• Improve and standardize recruitment and selection process to help reduce hiring costs.
• Automate processes and events to help increase human resource and organizational effectiveness.
• Effectively manage human capital through improved documentation of employee development and succession planning paths and monitoring training and education.

Hotel Dieu believes they will realize significant cost savings by replacing their existing systems with Quadrant HR.
