QHR Software Launches Integrated, Web-based HR Self Service

Today, QHR Software is proud to announce that the web platform for Quadrant HR is now available as version 2.6.1. This version of our application provides the foundation for QHRnet which provides the following functionality across the internet:

* The ability for employees to view their demographic information such as name, telephone number, mailing address.
* Employees can view their pay statements and vacation banks
* Staff schedules are available for employees to see in real time
* Employee competencies are also viewable by employees
* Additional functionality includes Leave Management where staff can submit leave requests to managers over the web
