Palliser Health Region Success with Quadrant HR report

Palliser Health Region, located in Medicine Hat, Alberta uses an innovative integrated software solution called Quadrant HR™ to manage their workforce of over 2,400 full and part-time employees.

The Palliser Health Region provides health services to over 100,000 residents. They have implemented the full suite of Quadrant HR modules including Human Resources, Payroll and Staff Scheduling.

Debbie Shields, the Regional Manager, Finance recently shared a success story they had in relation to a UNA Union Dues report QHR created for their organization. She said, “Before this report was created, it took one of her staff the better half of a day to gather the information in a format that UNA would accept. Now the report takes 5 minutes to run off and send to them.”
