QHR Software Inc. is looking for a skilled marketing professional to help drive the continual improvement of the QHR marketing presence. We are looking for a dynamic digital and online marketing professional who is results-driven and can deliver our message effectively across target industries. Lead generation and working closely with our sales team, product units, media channels and vendors are keys to success.
As a key member of the QHR Sales Team working out of our Kelowna office, the successful candidate will lead the product marketing and web efforts, which include: creation of external brand awareness, direction of marketing campaigns and graphic standards across the company; external communications to the press and industry; and supplying the sales team with continuously updated market research, with a large focus on the Canadian Health Care Industry.
Key Accountabilities:
- Taking ownership of marketing communications projects and driving to completion in accordance with annual operating plan, brand guidelines, quality standards and overall business strategy for QHR Software Inc
- Developing and executing integrated departmental plans, policies, and procedures, and providing input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals, and objectives
- Ensuring consistency and coordination of strategy between electronic and print advertising, web initiatives, customer loyalty programs, and all other aspects of QHR to its customers and industry
- Building and executing marketing plans to support campaign goals
- Monitoring web analytics and reporting to executive management
- Creating and distributing the company newsletter, sales presentations, podcasts, blogs, sales collateral, webinars, email campaigns, etc
- Monitoring and responding to appropriate RFPs
- Providing support to national sales force
- Performing other related duties, including special projects, as requested or required
Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate will possess the following:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information
- Bilingual - ability to communicate well in French is an asset
- Solid understanding of Windows Operating Systems
Education/Experience:
- Proven history of successfully guiding marketing services to achieve brand and market position, with an emphasis on revenue growth.
- Experience managing a web presence that generates brand value and a focus on lead generation with knowledge of web analytics, SEO and PPC, blogging and HTML

Software Support Analyst

Position Summary:
Under the guidance of the Support Manager, a Software Support Analyst provides end-user application support, database problem analysis, installation assistance, and remote application troubleshooting. The SSA will work with the Support and Implementation teams to provide service to client sites across North America.
Key Accountabilities:
- Providing support services to our customers primarily via phone and email by clarifying their needs, determining a resolution in a timely manner, and following up with the client
- Maintaining client service logs in the Customer Relationship Management software
- Being involved in the continual improvement of the application support services, materials and practices
- Assisting with ongoing software development activities (i.e. configuration, quality assurance)
- Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related team goals as needed
- Continuously learning about our payroll, human resource and staff scheduling software and processes used in healthcare and other industries as assigned
- Participating in other duties and special projects as assigned
Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate will possess the following:

Implementation Consultant (IC)

Position Summary:
Under the direction of the Manager of Implementation and Consulting Services, the Implementation Consultant will be responsible for the successful deployment of our suite of services while working within a defined implementation process. The project management component of the role requires contribution of expertise to manage large-scale projects for our clients within the health care sector. The consultant will work with the Implementation and Support teams to provide guidance and assistance to potential and existing clients across North America on issues related to implementation strategies on our product and best practices. This position will involve travel across North America up to 30 weeks per year.
Key Accountabilities:
Satisfy training and implementation needs by implementing standards and practices to ensure the effectiveness of all implementation services and a high level of client satisfaction- Conduct project planning, analysis, ongoing project management, user training and post live sessions
- Conduct software demonstrations for clients and prospective clients
- Communicate and liaise with the client to ensure effective implementation of Quadrant HR
- Prepare written reports and recommendations for management and clients on implementation and training activities, and implementation progress, including problem escalation and resolution when necessary
- Evaluate training and implementation effectiveness by assessing application of learning to clients’ utilization of Quadrant HR
- Become involved in the continual improvement of the implementation, training and project management materials and practices
- Maintain application and business knowledge. Identify personal learning objectives and participate in ongoing professional development to ensure current, relevant knowledge and skills to improve the quality of service provided by QHR
- Learn the human resources, payroll and staff scheduling processes used in various types of health care facilities and other verticals
- Participate in and provide training activities for QHR personnel
- Participate in in-office implementation activities including the configuration design and data entry activities of building a database for a new client
- Additional tasks, responsibilities and special projects as assigned.
Candidate Profile:

- Experience in project management of software applications
- Experience in human resources, payroll and staff scheduling
- Experience in adult education and health care
- Technical Writing experience
- Excellent verbal and written communications, as well as group dynamics skills

- Ability to work independently.
Education/Experience:
- Post secondary education in adult education or project management
- At least 2 years experience in software implementations or project management.
