Moving your Leave Request process to the Quadrant Self Service web interface enables authorized employees to submit leave requests online and authorized managers to process those requests quickly and easily.

Using the Submit Leave Request screen, employees fill in the type of leave, the dates requested, and the comments needed to explain the leave. Employees can view the status of their leave requests and have the option of cancelling a pending leave or requesting cancellation of an approved leave.

From the Manage Leave Request screen, managers are able to review pending leave requests which they can approve, decline, or delegate.

In addition, scheduled shifts for the employee which fall during an authorized leave period are automatically booked off and automatic e-mail notices are sent out to employees and managers regarding changes in leave request status.

The Recruiting component of Quadrant Self Service is a powerful suite of software that enables recruitment management, processing, and selection to be streamlined, fully tracked, automated, and accessed through secure online interfaces.

Job postings are easily and accurately created and uploaded to the secure web interface using predefined, customizable templates and software.

Applicants create a personal profile once and then update it as necessary, using a User ID and password. Automated application forms enable applicants to provide the correct, required information for the specific position being applied for, and attach documents to their application.

Only authorized administrators and managers have access to submitted applications. They can quickly see which applicants to pursue based on automated weighting and deficiency ratios. Candidates can be 'earmarked' indicating their strengths or weaknesses as a visual reminder when reviewing candidates. Automatic form letters or e-mails can be generated for declines, interview requests, letters of offer - and more. Automated handling of applications allows for faster turnaround and an improved decision process.

Administrators are also able to apply a position's requirements to the existing employee database to determine if there are qualified individuals within the organization who should be contacted regarding the job posting.
