Data gathered in the Resident Maintenance records are also used to automatically generate a wide range of customizable reports from occupancy, per diem, contact, and census to simple birthday reports.

The Resident Financial tool is a fully customizable billing and cash receipts tool that allows for unlimited user-defined billing codes. Billing codes can be set up to automatically post transactions to their appropriate accounts - including single-source multiple postings to trusts, third parties, residents, and more. Complex, multi-resident multi-account cash receipts are handled with seamless ease, as are Electronic Fund Transfers (EFTs), and donations. Integration with Quadrant Core Financials ensures fast, accurate real-time general ledger and sub-ledger posting - as well as easy generating of hard-copy receipts and statements.

Built to handle inquires with ease, the customizable Resident Transaction Inquiry application enables authorized users to quickly view resident transactions - at the required detail level.
